Javis Tarmac scatter no 16.

hey guys, 

just wondering if anybody can point me in a the direction of a good tutorial on using this stuff? have a bag of it sitting here that could be put to good use but some instructions would be good before i go ruining a perfectly good bit of timber :D

Don't know this stuff, but suspect it may be rather coarse - most types are at least a scale too big. 

 Tarmac is actually very smooth and the best ways to represent it are either fine wet&dry (at least 600 grit), or talc shaken liberally on to gloss black paint, then smoothed over and vacuumed when dry.

Thanks-  l never used that Tarmac scatter now so don't know on that.

Mine was the old fashioned 'print on paper' approach 😂

Finally got around to using this and I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. Quite a good solution for quickly making a textured almost loose chippingy road surface that doesn't look super modeern.
