Irish Railway Models website won't accept my postal address as a valid address

Not sure where to post this question but I have tried in vain to make a purchase from the IRM website and at checkout it keeps telling me it cant ship to the address provided, even though the address is correct with eir code, etc.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I can see you contacted us directly too and patrick replied. Which website are you shopping on and from where? 
irishrailwaymodels.con ships to Ireland and the rest of world. 
make sure you’re not on the UK website which only ships to the Uk.

I set up my account on irishrailwaymodels.com. I am based in Galway so definitely a valid Irish postal address. I'll follow up Monday but can't see how I have entered the address incorrectly.

Just bought what I wanted on the accurascale.eu website no problem, using same address details!

I replied to Patricks email to let him know.

Aha! Looks like there was a glitch on the shipping as the order was below the postage minimum. I’ve fixed it now thanks for the help!
