Password issues

Help!

I can access IRM on this iPhone as it’s always logged in. However, my desktop won’t accept a log-in now, and won’t let me change my password.

Any ideas?

You will probably have to remember the 49 security questions like your favourite film, your first pet, your mother's blood type etc etc then you can't reset your password because it was used before then you will get a secret code by text that will self destruct in 5 seconds, then you will be timed out.

Change the password on the phone and try that on the desktop..?

I’m currently having the same problem.  

I am attempting to log in from the Laptop, but the password isn’t recognized.  Tried to reset, but it says my security doesn’t match?  It maybe slow internet???

Currently, the account is locked for 15 minutes.  Pity as I have a list of drawings and samples to upload on my Drawing thread!
