west_clare_wanderer Posted May 31 Posted May 31 In these days of world turmoil, constant complaining, negativity, and division, sometimes it is nice to highlight the positives. So, i just want to say a big thank you to IRM (Accurascale) on some wonderful customer service. Late on Tuesday (around 5.30pm), I submitted quite a big order for wagons. Fast forward to midday on Thursday, and a big box of goodies turns up. You couldn't ask for more. No connection, apart from being a very satisfied customer (although my wallet may not agree!!! ). I'm going to get my pre-order in now for some unfitted H vans and some bubble cement wagons. Time to get saving! Thank you IRM David 7 1 Quote
Drew Posted Saturday at 21:53 Posted Saturday at 21:53 Absolutely agree. Always responsive. Hopefully the logistics of the new Accurascale/IRM won't be a problem 2 Quote
Dempsey Posted Tuesday at 20:15 Posted Tuesday at 20:15 Agreed. While I have had very few causes to use the customer service, the times I have had too use the service have been brilliant in the response 1 Quote
Mol_PMB Posted Tuesday at 20:27 Posted Tuesday at 20:27 Yes, the IRM customer service humans are wonderful and very much appreciated. Thank you! i did have a run-in with their AI when it started lying to me, and then made up more lies to try and cover its tracks! Hopefully that experiment has stopped now. 1 2 Quote
