Broithe Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Tweet from Irish Rail - If you're passing through Dun Laoghaire Station this a.m, no need to worry, an emergency exercise taking place up to 12.30
heirflick Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 is that exercise to gauge the reaction of passengers when the dart arrives on time?
Railer Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 It was a DART mock derailment and DFB response time exercise. The DART left Connolly with pre-briefed passengers and ran non stop to the "derailment point". The DFB crew were dispatched from Pearse Street.
