Thanks for posting that Sean - with plenty of pictures its a great reference alright (and very informative on how crossings are managed)

Frank presented this a few months ago for the Limerick Junction Division and it was a very interesting talk. 

He is very knowledgeable in all things level crossing related and is heavily involved in the annual ILCAD Level Crossing awareness days for the public.
