Key identification

Hi folks,

Is this an Annett's key for a point lever?

It has the letter B on it,very faint.

Odd design if it is; certainly looks like a key of SOME sort. Are you sure it has railway origin?

Some lever frames have a small lock at the bottom of the first lever to stop the frame being operated. It looks like a key for one of those locks

Looks like almost the same key pattern!
