richrua
Hello all. I don't like the shade of green on my A Class. Along with a planned re-engine to get rid of the Lima Chassis (urrrgh) I am going to respray to black and tan . Can I just apply spray over or should I strip it back? 0 Glenderg
i would - just leave the body in a bath of brake fluid overnight. If you want to leave it as is, give it a thorough scrub in warm water first, a gentle rub down with wire wool/ light wet and dry to remove decals or stripes, then apply the new coat when it's dry. No need for primer. Richie
0 Riversuir226
If your sending it for a brake fluid bath use an auld nasher brush for the hard to get to bits.
