  1. Just a few little bits left to do 😁, really enjoyed the build the only downside was trying to find decent photos of the wagon.
  2. Mir cement bogie approaching the end of its build, built mostly out of the box but changed the bogies and added a few extra details. Used the Phoenix paint for the main body and the rest is humbrol acrylics.

  5. Yes I ve used them a few times, the 201 is terrible but some of the wagons turn out OK with a bit of work. The surfaces need a lot of work as they come pretty rough.
  6. Never heard of it happening, I've sprayed everything from acrylic to car paint and I've never had an issue with this.
  7. It was part of a train set from the early 2000's, there was also an oil and coal wagon with the loco being a 0-4-0 tank.
  8. Buy an athearn sd 9 chassis they re a pot cheaper than using a 071 chassis

MM 201 River Shannon in revised orange/black livery, boxed and in excellent condition, details from the detail pack have been added to one end. €200 MM 202 River Lee in original orange livery, boxed and in excellent condition, renumbered using ssm decals and one end detailed as above. €170 MM 8208 River Lagan in enterprise livery, boxed and in excellent condition €140 MM 215 River Avon more in intercity livery, renumbered and promotional IWT decals from the ssm range. In excellent boxed condition. €160 PayPal accepted, postage at cost.
  14. Tralee to Blennerville let's face it can't see that reopening, Waterford to Rosslare, was also on the Waterford to New Ross and to Ballinacourty but can't remember much of those trips.

  16. Just after emptying my model fund in the dentists so a tube of glue will be about all I'd be getting
  17. Yeah, quite impressed with it, works really well on a decent size rake from slow to high speed.
  18. Ssm sulzer nearing completion . Done a small bit of sanding on the ends and roof. Been a critic about the hornby cl55 chassis but the newer ones seem to be a lot more powerful than the older version. Next up a mir 111 that I'm building for a buddy
