  1. Lovely job, looks great
  2. Stunning collection
  3. Model Rail Baseboards will be there
  4. Nice livery, but very ugly.
  5. I will Anthony, I'll drop up in the next couple of weeks.
  6. I do like the Dynamis, but it does have its draw backs, I'm leaning towards the NCE Power Cab. The price of a new pro box is too much.
  7. Good tip
  8. Programming on a separate track is always the best way to go.
  9. Thanks for that Wiggy, I went with Rails because they accept PayPal, they responded very quickly to my enquires. I will be using them again.
  10. Well done Eoin
  11. Great stuff, Sky is set to record
  12. Cheers Man I have to say I was very impressed with the NCE, I have been researching DCC controllers for the last two weeks. My only issue with the NCE is the starter on runs up to 5 trains on 2.5 amps, yet the 5 amp will run 250 trains, at the same time! I have emailed NCE and I am waiting to hear back, as I can't see 5 amps powering 250 Trains!
  13. Hello chaps, I bought some Bachmann 21 pin DCC decoders, I fitted them to discover that they are Sound Traxx, they are not programmed all the CV values are set at 0. Has anyone tried them? Are they any good? I don't mind keeping them if they are ok. That raises my next question, I am using a Bachmann Dynamiss controller, I can't read or change CV values unless I buy the pro box. The cost of the pro box is nearly €200. I am thinking of getting the NCE Power Cab after seeing Anthony's one. Should I change or get the pro box? Thanks
  14. No worries Seamus, I can understand where your coming from. I do buy most of my model railway stuff here, but the savings are big when I buy in bulk.

Looks great Kev, lovely atmosphere. Well done:tumbsup:
  16. All Scales Models do them, I haven't used them myself, worth a try.
  17. Well said
  18. I don't know where you got that from, I bought 2 boxes of Peco SL102, 50 lengths for £119 plus £12.00 shipping total £131.00 which is €150.77 which works out at €3.02 per length delivered!!!
  19. Great work Kirley:tumbsup: Looks great, your hard work is paying off
  20. To buy local means paying a lot more than getting it in from the UK, Marks Models charge €4.50 a length for Peco SL102! I can buy it a lot cheaper in the UK. I normally buy local where I can but I saved nearly €70 buying in the UK. I am a big believer in supporting Irish suppliers, but with a price difference that big it pays to shop around. It arrived safely this morning:-bd
  21. Great movie
  22. Welcome Eoin
  23. Thanks Wiggy, that's my first order with them and its nearly €600. I have bought quite a lot through ebay uk and items arrived quite quickly. Ill wait it out. Cheers!
