  1. Wrong era and end of the island for me but it's Maeḋḃ so had to order! Great loco selection, hope it does well for IRM.
  2. Not aware of any scale drawings of Phoenix or the original CVR steam loco. A sister loco of the steam tractor operated in England and has a drawing here - http://www.merionethrailwaysociety.com/lady-m.html (and another in the Red Lake tramway book). However, the maker's records where lost so these are just outline drawings and the loco underwent significant changes when the CDR converted to diesel. Not the best photos, but I took a few snaps on my phone you can access here. https://photos.app.goo.gl/83c7dxBXXtEiqibo9
  3. Absolutely stunning. Still can't believe something as obscure as "three units ran in NI for a bit" is getting a proper model!
  4. One of the last locos I expected! Immediate pre-order from me. Another silver fox kit doomed to remain in its box forever...
  5. Not sure why it's down, but backups are available on the wayback machine.
  6. Updated to tomorrow now.
  7. There isn't an alternative (that I know of). Most beneficial take home for modellers would be to consider taking a stab - soldering that is possible without fancy kit/mad skillz. Some solid tutorials here from a chap using a cheap, generic iron to do surface mount components (inc. SO8 chips with <1mm between pins). Damaged PCBs (vs dislodged components) may be much less fixable, particularly if it's multi-layer.
  8. Hi Mayner, Any plans to produce the CVR van for sale? Been on my agenda to make a few for years now without any progress. Appreciate I'm likely one of two/three potential customers...
  9. OO Works UG class https://www.ebay.ie/itm/374483153701 Another rake of locos from this seller too https://m.ebay.ie/seller?sid=andy13052004&_trksid=p2349624.m3561.l49544
  10. Picked this up the other day. Great to see your work and some 00n3 in the mainstream.
  11. "Superheating" your J15 with old car tyres?
  12. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175393670372 Not as swish as the Murphy Models class 111 but still!
  13. For connoisseurs of old Lima pancake motor Class 201s there is an Enterprise (River Lagan) on UK eBay for £150. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/403540813292 Not sure what these are worth Vs later Murphy's but FYI
