    Tiny update today/... Did a clean up, founds some stock, lost some stock, and resolved to order a skip to clear the rest of the attic Also, had little play with the first siding to be ballasted (photo with the glue wet!)

    Looking really great and very neat baseboards!!! Is that hanging basket liner for the foliage base layer? The rust on the rails looks well - how did you paint it?

    Sounds like a great plan ) and your attic layout sounds very similar to mine! ) Have you any rough track plans yet? A dog bone / loop could give you a good running loop, then run yards or stations along the line or off branches..
