I checked and you are right, The bogies are Narrower on the 'BR' stock and wider on the grill, Driving car and Genny.
I wont be doing it but thought these were all convertible to 21mm
Can you drop us a line with photos George ?

Great news. Some crossed wires in Facebook it seems.
It’s a common condition

Nothing urgent but noticed a lot of recent issues remaining signed in on iPhone 13 and signed the terms and conditions a dozen time already
There was an update yesterday. Maybe clear cache and log out and in again?

Brilliant lads! Feel free to share any pictures of them too!

Has Rails made up with Hornby or something? https://railsofsheffield.com/collections/hornby
Yes.

There's not much stock left in Hattons now and final orders must be placed by 2pm tomorrow. The clear out of stock didn't take long in the end.
They were quietly reducing orders in advance and stopped everything not delivered just before the announcement. Everything in hand was cleared by sales.

I would certainly expect that but in due course. I would have thought Irish Mk11D's may be a bit down the line, considering the MM releases have probably put a dent in short to mid term demand (regardless as to them being an upgrade).
Other Marks are likely much closer at hand

...yet!
Its no great secret that we will be doing all UK outline coaches and certainly all the crossovers in addition to irish only like our forthcoming Park Royals.

It isn’t the end of January yet
so it’s possible you’ll get your paws on them this month..
Indeed we are just awaiting them arriving at the warehouse.

I tried to place my order today via the links I got for the two locos I pre-ordered, but I keep getting an error message when I want to confirm about 'the order total being changed' and thus can't complete the order.
I have send a support email via the website. I don't know what I am doing wrong: I ordered bothe via the 'buy multiple' link and proceeded to checkout normally...
You should be able to just add what you want to the cart in the normal way?

I know it gives a date that the amount is due, the pay now throw so thought better to check. Thanks for the reply Bos
once they are in we’ll send you a mail and the system will try the card three days later. You can log in at any time in the mean time and settle using any method you prefer too

Do you have to go through partial.ly for putting down a deposit as it says you can do or is it a case that if you hit pay now it loads that option?
You can use partially from the cart if you want to split the cost into installments between now and March/April.
Otherwise checkout normally to pay nothing now and the full balance when they are in stock.

@BosKonay do you know roughly when the new stock of MM mark2d EGV and Buffet car in IR livery will be arriving? I notice another retailer is also running low on their EGV stock and now I'm getting nervous of missing out a second time. This hobby is making me skittish. I may need some Prozac . Or an EGV.
Was due yesterday but just arrived - it will be mid morning by the time it's checked and counted it, and we'll get it on the website before lunch

So lads, is it mid to late March or May? Just asking.......
We’re saying May. Be delighted to be wrong.

I had a look at my orders section, and can't see the IR/IE locos I did the preorder on this morning with Partial.ly as the payment option (paid over three months) - was my order automatically cancelled?
EDIT: ok, so "Preorder items that are imminently arriving, or in stock items, that order with partial.ly will be automatically cancelled. " - that answers that!
Unless you received a cancellation, no. What will happen is the instalments will continue until the stock arrives then the balance will be due. HTH

Because of the price, the market if already flooded with locos, the pending IRM C Class, its a previous issued model available cheaper on ebay and the coming ICRs
We need more coaching stock not locos me thinks
Based on EOIs and preorders in the last few hours, you may be mistaken!

Just received an email saying that these are now available to purchase.
Did they sneak in under the radar, right under @MOGUL's nose?
Now that Paddy has confirmed the RRP and arrival date (May) we're able to revert to our normal, no money down, preorders. There is also time for those who want to use the Partial.ly option to split the costs over the next 3 months (weekly, or monthly) if it helps...
Anyone who logged an Expression of interest, should have an email now with links to add those items to their carts for 'real' .

Get some more! I'd buy a egv and a buffet in IR livery if you got them back in stock. No other retailer gives the cash back rewards IRM does so it's slightly cheaper to buy from ye.
And free postage on all orders.

Quite possibly yes, I have not ordered any but I suspect these will be in the shops for a bit anyhow.
Hard to tell, we've shipped out over 1000 coaches since they landed, certainly proving popular!

In terms of cost, the NIR packs work out at €66.66 a coach, in a three pack, the Orange 4-packs are €67.50 a coach, and the Park Royals are individually €69.99 each. The MM Mk2d's are €59.99 each, but do not have on board lighting, or close coupling systems, etc. So it's all pretty much on par tbh.

Also we're down to just 6 versions still in stock - should we get more?

Are all the mark 2d's really sold out on IRM website? Seemed to happen overnight.
Delivery starts this morning and once we have all preorders paid up and sorted we’ll know what the balance of stock is. There is a small amount above and beyond what’s needed which will go back on sale in the next 48 hours. HtH

Multiple
Units are staggeringly expensive to research, design, tool and manufacture so if you want more I’d humbly request you support the 22k endeavour
-
Hornby are focusing more and more on licensing deals, railroad and TT so many options there for budget friendly entry models.
Other companies are working hard to keep pricing on the detailed stuff reasonable (on average 29% cheaper than the big boys across the board)
The futures bright. The futures green (and grey maybe!)

No the bogies just screw off. The pickups are connected by sprung tabs.
