  1. Fantastic photos. The mix of livery's all in 1 rake looks very interesting, much better than the CAFs. Is the 1st photo taken at carnalea? I was up the other day filming the sandite. Edit: Wow, just looking at these pics and listening to the sandite running outside there now at 11pm, all the way from bangor to carnalea is just amazing. Makes me sad that they've all (apart form sandite) have been scraped.

  6. That looks absolutely beautiful, the windows are perfect and spot on, the hand painted NIR logo is just amazing, such skill along with such a steady hand. You've captured the look perfectly, well done mate. Anymore 80 classes after this one?
  7. Just reading back over this thread, and the support form all you guys is just fantastic, makes me want to crack on with another model. I really do appreciate it, so thank you to all who have commented. Whilst I was reading over this thread, it seemed to be quite "messy" so I've tided it up by, editing some posts, adding new pics in etc.... I must admit, I don't do everything exactly in order, so I'm sorry if I start work on something completely different, at least It keeps me occupied. Materials are low and with exams coming up, things will slow a lot down. But don't worry after Christmas when I get the money, I'll buy new materials and things, and work will start to pick up again. The 70 class won't be started for a while now, to he honest I'm nervous of mucking it up big time, so that will have to wait. Once again I'm sorry for all the confusion. Many thanks Nelson
  8. Thank you I'm currently searching through plans and getting help from some very kind people about the possibility of a U1? But that's a long way a way.
  9. Thanks guys for your kind words, I really appreciate it. It's comments like these, that want me to start another project soon. I will definitely check out the wagon at downpatrick. Just reminded me, must take those photos before it gets dark Many thanks Nelson Edit: it's too dark to take any photos today (sorry) I will definitely take some very soon.
  10. Thank you guys for your kind words, I really do appreciate it, when I get back from school I'll be sure to take photos of it in a realistic surrounding. Once again many thanks Nelson
  11. So here she is, I think it's finished! What do we think? Would this pass as a BCDR wagon, I know the under frame is completely wrong, but? Edit: better pics will be taken tomorrow
  12. That is absolutely fantastic, you must be very proud of it, you've done a grand job on her, well done, Captures the look perfectly.
  13. Wow, my workbench is tiny compared. That's great, I'm loving the idea of having the layout beside the workbench for ease. I hope to have something similar in the future.
  14. Wow, they are absolutely superb Leslie, your lucky to have all those beautiful locomotives in your collection.
  15. They look absolutely beautiful, a real credit to the builder. I could look at those photos all day, thanks for sharing.
  16. Our layout will be going. The change of venue should be interesting, I really liked the aurora centre.

  19. Hi, This is how it currently stands, I've painted the inside and added rust to the frame work. What do we think?
  20. I seen that the other day, it's absolutely superb, makes me laugh every time.
  21. I may be completely wrong? But when 111 hauled all the 450 classes to be scraped there was also 2 Gatwicks coupled up between the engine and the 450s to provide extra braking power. So this may be the reason why? I'm definitely not certain so I may be wrong?
  22. I have got all the plans sorted out, but if anyone has any photos that they'd like to share then please feel free, Many thanks
