Thank you I'm currently searching through plans and getting help from some very kind people about the possibility of a U1? But that's a long way a way.

Thanks guys for your kind words, I really appreciate it. It's comments like these, that want me to start another project soon. I will definitely check out the wagon at downpatrick. Just reminded me, must take those photos before it gets dark Many thanks Nelson Edit: it's too dark to take any photos today (sorry) I will definitely take some very soon.

So here she is, I think it's finished! What do we think? Would this pass as a BCDR wagon, I know the under frame is completely wrong, but? Edit: better pics will be taken tomorrow

Wow, my workbench is tiny compared. That's great, I'm loving the idea of having the layout beside the workbench for ease. I hope to have something similar in the future.

Wow, they are absolutely superb Leslie, your lucky to have all those beautiful locomotives in your collection.

They look absolutely beautiful, a real credit to the builder. I could look at those photos all day, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comment. Yep she's 4mm OO Gauge. The interior took a while to get right, but I think I'm there, Thanks Nelson

Hi, This is how it currently stands, I've painted the inside and added rust to the frame work. What do we think?

I seen that the other day, it's absolutely superb, makes me laugh every time.

I may be completely wrong? But when 111 hauled all the 450 classes to be scraped there was also 2 Gatwicks coupled up between the engine and the 450s to provide extra braking power. So this may be the reason why? I'm definitely not certain so I may be wrong?

I have got all the plans sorted out, but if anyone has any photos that they'd like to share then please feel free, Many thanks

I agree the under frames are the hardest part of a wagon to get right, due to the lack of plans and photos which show under frames. My wagons are built on Dapol RTR chassis although I have thought about using Ratio chassis in the future.

Hi, Many thanks for your help guys. I will make another NCC brake van soon, a 10 ton one this time and follow your advice. Yes, Popeye I have seen those drawings in the resources section before they are top notch. If anyone has any more info on NCC wagons? Then do please feel free to post. Nelson

Hi, I'm hoping some people can help me out here please. I'm wanting to make a rake of 15/17 NCC wagons to go along with my (not yet built) NCC U2. I have looked through all the books and done some research but all I can find are vague photos showing wagons in the background. So if anyone has any plans or photos of NCC wagons could you please post them here or send me a PM. I'd be very grateful. Many thanks Nelson Here's some of my recent work,

Hi, I haven't started the 12 ton van yet as some much needed research needs to be done, like detail on the under frame. But I have started another side project to keep me going. It's detailing a dapol 5 plank wagon. I know it looks messy but it will all be tided up later on, And I know i should have used brass, but I haven't got any so. I decided to make do with plasticard. Any comments, questions, constructive criticism, etc... Please feel free.
