Stunning piece of work Popeye. The finish speaks for itself and really shows the time and effort that has been put into the build.Looking forward to seeing it painted

Hi Eamonn,i picked up a Dremel about 2 years ago. When it comes to cutting and filing/sanding I'd be lost without it.As for small drill bits i usually just use the cordless drill i have.

Nice pics Dave, the detail on that bridge on the Tralee to Dingle layout is fantastic.Good to know the Guinness is going down well, always nice on a bank holiday weekend

Thanks Jason-The timber wagons are made by Piko.
Thanks Noel,handy to know

Brilliant as always Noel. The ballast train looks great. Those timber wagons look well are they from IFM?

Stunning attention to detail.Model engineering from another planet.

Have to agree with Northman.I think their chancing their arm and hoping somebody is stupid enough to bite.

Top class modelling David. Those buildings are a perfect example of what can be achieved for anybody thinking about giving scratch building a go.
-
Great variety of pics.Nice shots of the HOBS.

Both superb pieces of work but the skeletal flat really stands out for me.Love everything about it.

Nice pic.Great to catch the 3 of them together.

Whacking the photos straight up here seems easiest to be honest. Google drive keeps all the backups for me ( not that the model train pics are important, more the family stuff...)
Have to agree richrua, that's exactly how i do it myself.Seems to be the handiest way and the images should be here for years to come without any problems.

Great scenes as always Noel.Nice touch to the Craven in the background with the IR logo.I've been meaning to do the same to one of my own.
-
Nice to see the liveries of past and present lined up together Noel.

Lovely work there. Love the IR logo on the maroon.
+1 Definitely something about it in maroon with the IR logo which just seems to work perfectly.Love the grills as well really nice detail.

That's got to be the single most realistic weathering effort that I've ever seen.
And - as we know here - there is SERIOUS and plentiful competition for that title!
+1 Simply stunning
