Would be interested in a few, but only as the lads said if there was a better way to install the dcc chip/sound chip. None of the cabs sit correctly after they were taken apart - mores the pity

Ah Jaysus....its a beauty! The weedsprayer is my favourite train on the net and I cant wait to have the finished product in my hands. I am hoping that the pack will include the hoses to connect the tanks on each wagon together

Hi lads, in the wee hours of this morn, while debating wheather to smash that fecking birds head in chirping away outside or choke the wife for snoring I got up and browsed through the O'Dea collection and came across this unusual wagon awaiting the torch in Mullingar. It appears to have a 6 and 4 wheel bogie on the wagon, with metal curtain sides on the 6 wheel end. Any thoughts as to what it is? My first thought was a heavy duty crane . Sorry about the poor quality, taken from the computer screen with my phone.

Excellent Mayner....many thanks!

How's the men? Question for ye that I need a bit of help on. Going back to the days of the beautiful semaphore signals, which made the railways more alive - I can only remember the signal posts being a round post, with the only exception I saw wad at Malahide signal cabin. Mullingar were all round, as was Edgeworth town and Longford. Was there square posts used around the net? Pics please if possible and many thanks in advance, Seamus

Well burst my loins and strap me vitals! The slate grey are absolutely stunning! First time to see this livery - in truth I never knew this colour existed as I never seen a pic of it anywhere! These babies are a must have (sorry Mrs O' - holiday postponed for another while!!!} Well done IRM...again!

Eoin, before I saw your reply I contacted Bachmann who are sending out a replacment for 5 pounds posted. As this loco will not be near little hands again and be given the care it deserves, the replacement drawbar will see me out! But I do thank you for the kind offer of help, it is really appreciated

145 - 165 and often higher on ebay. You could get the English version new dcc fitted for that ...esp if shes black. Stick on a few decals and Bobs your uncle!

Hows the boys? Got this loco for the handsome price of nothing ...its in perfect condition, but manhandled by a toddler who broke the drawbar. The bar itself is plastic and appears easy to damage so has anyone got any suggestions as to a stronger replacment? Thanks!
