kevin_gal Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 I just ordered a set of Craven transfers and I expect they will be delivered in a small packet/envelope, but was wondering if small packets like these get stopped by Customs? Should I check with Railtec that there is a CN22 form attached? Quote
murphaph Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 He attaches one when sending to Germany anyway. Quote
kevin_gal Posted November 16, 2022 Author Posted November 16, 2022 OK, thanks Phil. Will probably be attached to my order also then. Quote
DartStation Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 The 'Please do not Bend' envelopes he uses have not been subject to Customs charges for me anyway and he does have the customs sticker on them. 2 1 1 1 Quote

That's good news. Paying VAT plus the An Post handling of charge on some transfers that cost less than a tenner is a bit hard to take. Quote
Auto-Train Original Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 They come in hard envelopes and are a quality product at an excellent price. Huge fan here. 2 2 Quote

kevin_gal Posted November 22, 2022 Author Posted November 22, 2022 Got them today, yes they look excellent quality and no customs issues. However, with my eyesight the way it is at the moment I was struggling to see some of them clearly under my magnified ring lamp. Applying them may be challenge for me, hope my opticians appt next Saturday will get things sorted 1 Quote
kevin_gal Posted November 23, 2022 Author Posted November 23, 2022 Specsavers are probably no worse than some of the charlatans posing as opticians that I have visited. Hopefully the guy I am going to next Saturday will get me sorted. 2 Quote
WRENNEIRE Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 Ordered on Saturday, arrived this morning Items were presumably in stock, hence the quick turnaround Quote
