A Class Cab Light Question

Rate this question

Question

Posted (edited)

I saw another thread there mentioning directional cab lights on the IRM A class, so maybe I have missed this question as I am a DCC 'newbie'....

Is there an issue with the A class cab lighting function?  I have been trying to illuminate the cabs without success, although I got them to illuminate by accident on A3r one time and can't recall which button(s) I pressed on my NCE PowerCab....?  It definitely wasn't the F12 that it should be?

TIA

Not sure if this is what you were thinking of, it details a modification (soldering required) to make the cab lights directional and to make the shunting lights illuminate at both ends simultaneously.

That’s the one. It was Roads And Rails who came up with a simple wiring fix.
