Mk3 Executives

Anyone know when the mk3 executives got repainted? I was looking at this picture the other day and it was the first time I'd ever seen an irish train in Derry

They were repainted into the Maroon Livery in the mid 1990's (maybe 95 or 96). They were repainted into standard IE orange and black around 2003 and 2004. The old memory is getting fuzzy!

My stock ranges from 1950's to modern day, doesn't stop me running anything I like

There's this great thing you can get called 'modellers licence', I have several myself.

If you don't want to run say super train with todays liveries just do what I do and keep every thing in a cupboard and take out what period you want to run.

Yeah actually that's true... the lime ones don't have bar and all in them do they? They both just have the normal seating plan I think?

Ah yes good old Killarney. I saw somebody I know on that train. Plus, sadly the Signalman at Killarney, Leo Horgan passed away recently on Tuesday 27th March 2012.
