thewanderer Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Evening all, There was only one thing to photograph today and that was the MKIV Trial Train from Mallow to Tralee as Iarnrod Eireann gauge tested the route for the MKIV fleet. The purpose of the trial was to clear the route for Private Charters and G.A.A. Specials. Pictures begin at http://smu.gs/1CQz3Tx and also include ICR sets 22041 and 22042 operating the scheduled services between Mallow and Tralee today. Enjoy, The Wanderer. Quote
jhb171achill Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 So, no Mk 4's on the Kenmare branch? Quote
dave182 Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Great pics! The MkIV set climbing up the bank at Killarney is some sight, with the carriages at many different angles! Quote

jhb171achill Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 I'll be there, Wanderer. I'm going to see the Luas trials to Burtonport as well. Quote
