Broithe Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 (edited) All this agonising that we do about the 'right colour' made me wonder if anybody has ever done a layout in black and white? Apparently, there have been a few goes, here's a nice diorama. Edited September 18, 2019 by Broithe 5 Quote

PorkyP Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Brilliant! Some of the pics on there convey (to me) a feeling of bitter cold that's really tangible.. 1 Quote
Broithe Posted September 18, 2019 Author Posted September 18, 2019 I only put the link up to stop people Googling '50 shades of grey' - the Forum has gone very quiet.... 1 Quote
PorkyP Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Ahh 50 shades of grey is also some fillum I believe ( you can tell I don't watch many.!) Maybe it's quiet as folk are off on their holidays, tho its maybe a bit late for that now.. 1 Quote
jhb171achill Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 A well-known presenter on this forum, and excellent modeller, confided several years ago that one of his iconic layouts was possibly going to be in 145 shades of grey. The reason was uncertainty about correct liveries for the models, but his research led to the (accurate) full colour version! Quote
