many thanks to Georgeconna@ wonderful weathering for respraying my old black and silver 082 into grey 088. Its a stunning piece of work.

  2. Silverfox GSV mk1

Nice little kit, bought second hand last year of one of the members on here. Detailed one end with a dummy coupling, used a spare cravens gangway cover, put a few brake pipes on there too. Unfortunately the decals included in the deal were past it, so i ll have to wait for Ssm to reopen after their hols.

  3. FINALLY got my mits on a mir 121, while it came built and painted i decided to add a few little modifications and a little detailing.

Chassis responded really well to a service and now runs pretty sweet.FB_IMG_14076149673359263.jpg

  4. Silver/green intercity, revised orange/black & enterpriseliveries needed to be covered, original mouldings were lost plus there was quite a demand for an updated model to match the 141's. 201's didnt sell well the first time either but it didnt stop them exchanging hands for multiples of their rrp when they were sold out in the shops which took about 5 years in a roaring economy.

  5. To removelima mk3 roof

get two of the plastic screwdrivers that came with themurphy 201's . Lever off the gangways from beneath. Use the plastic screwdriver to lever up the roof from the main body using the top corners as leverages; repeat this at both ends at this stage a gap between the roof unit and body will appear . Gently place plasticard off cuts between the assemblies working your way round till both sides are done. Going back to the ends lever the roof gently up from both ends and itll come free.

  6. try cutting them from a printed piece of card tom. along with the "network catering" green things, and suddenly you find a certain passion for the "no pain in the ass signs" of the Supertrain livery!

    Handy tip,
