Man, all this talk of containers has me thinking of walking away from GT7 and going looking for a nice box.

Lovely photos.
Wasn't she out and about in a light green primer prior to the deep blue?
She was. A little weird looking too, if I remember correctly.

I have a hazy memory of you asking for roof shots as I wasn't taking enough pics...
Now that you mention it, I do recall a ladder being suggested at one stage...

Nothing worse than a hardcore anorak who takes pictures every chance he / she gets!
True. What type of weirdo goes around taking photos of containers?
Actually, now that I think about it...

I thought you loved speculation, specially on steam locos, and the threads on how much 071's go for.I think you're mixing me up with someone else...

Definitely passable. The print looks decent enough on them. Pity about the locking bars, but it's not the end of the world.

Love the weathering job on A30. The streaking in particular looks great. I'm guessing @Dempsey got his hands on this?

Nice one, Dave. I'm tempted to pick up one more, to go with my 33 and 3600. I have a weakness when it comes to a DAF.

What we talk about here tend to models rather than toys.

Lovely stuff @Dempsey. We all get enjoyment from modelling, but there's something extra special when scratch building. I'm really enjoying watching this layout progress. Great work.

It depends on wither you want sound or not. If not sound just motor DCC decoders than €20 for a basic Lenz decoder is more than enough.
He clearly stated that he was looking for a non sound decoder.

The wall looks great. The colours you've used, work really well together. Brilliant modelling, as always.

Lovely work @Dempsey. Really like the finish on the bogies and around the tank.

Jesus, could you imagine the fallout, if that was ran as an add campaign nowadays. The do-gooders would go into meltdown.
I'm sure that's @DJ Dangerous in the first shot too...

Have to admit, I have a soft spot for the 2600. I'd definitely invest in a few sets.
