Ah Jaysus lads - did I pick the wrong time to retire!!! Great news and every success with it. Will be ordering when I make up my mind which to order in order of priority. One question...will there be a model in supertrain livery with no caws fitted?

Just had a word with the lads in the Naval service and they are willing to place their flagship 'LE Eithne' at IRM's disposal should ye require it for this mission - just in case they run into a few pirates on route!!

Hi all, just wondering if there is any loco out there that resembles or could be converted into the beautiful 131?
-
Have the first 2 packs and it's brilliant to be included in that discount scheme - well done IRM!
-
Ah nuts! Thanks anyway Fran
-
Any chance that ye boyos at IRM might consider a weathered version of these and future releases of any wagon?
-
Yes from me Fran as long as you do produce the ballast wagons to match...and good luck with it!
-
...Cant quite get to grips with this stuff at all
-
Well done lads - cant wait for this beauty to materialize!

May I take the time so wish an ould stalwart a very Happy Birthday and I'm sure ye will all join with me in saying....

85 'Merlin' looked splendid in the sunshine yesterday on route to Tralee passing OBC 137 outside Portlaoise. -

You have to hand it to Spectrum or Bachmann as we know it for packaging! This little dohickey came with no buffers or side steps - was got in the US years ago and was the forerunner of the OWB 10. Stuck on a few steps and buffers and numbered her 230 (only numbers I had!) She's dcc fitted and is a great runner.

I remember when these bad boys sold out and could not be got ..and I was raging. I recall Fran saying he thought there might be one spare wagon (not a box!)....And like the man above with the loaves and fishes - A couple of boxes appear! I tell you friends 'tis a miracle

....so that's why I'm addicted to the stuff!

So....Postman Patrick learns the hard way - don't drink and drive!

Fine shots Richie, espically the latter. Be great to go back in time to roam around those sidings with a camera in hand!

Dont doubt your expertise in the matter of liveries Jhb - but both the chevrons and the handrails appear yellow in this pic
