Mol_PMB Posted Thursday at 14:36 Posted Thursday at 14:36 (edited) Super! I am tempted by one of these myself, so it's good to see one nicely built and painted. Is it motorised? If not, do you think it could be? Edited Thursday at 14:36 by Mol_PMB typo 1 Quote

The instructions do mention that it is possible to motorise using a Black Beetle Motor Bogie, but they seem to be difficult to source. 3 Quote
Weshty Posted Thursday at 15:37 Posted Thursday at 15:37 (edited) Oh my sweet giddy aunt. That really looks fantastic. Well done sir, well done! I was marvelling at your interior work, and had forgotten that when I designed the kit that it included all this detail. @Mol_PMB Yes, the kit is designed to be able to take a 35mm wheelbase Black Beetle. I bought one for test fitting just to make sure. Some googling shows that you could use a Tenshodo equivalent motor bogie. http://motorbogies.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=304 Edited Thursday at 15:42 by Weshty Tenshodo alternative 4 Quote

David Holman Posted Thursday at 19:51 Posted Thursday at 19:51 Welcome to the singed fingers club! Really nice work, especially with it being so small and fiddly. Onwards and upwards! 2 Quote
