question Anyone heard from Studio Scale Models?

I contacted Des Sullivan from Studio Scale Models and purchased a kit on the 1st of February.

I understand these kits may take some time or something I don't really know. However, I haven't heard anything since then and I'm wondering if I got scammed or not.

Could be delays in getting the etches done. Des is one of the good guys and not a scammer.

Replies from Des are often very slow I do not really understand why. Although I did have a reply to one I made in about ten days. I agree with Galteemore deffo; not a scammer.

Des, @Weshty here on the forum, is definitely not a scammer.

He can take time getting back to people, but IS genuine.

SSM is not Des's full-time job, as far as I understand it. He does have a day job, just like most of us.

I have no issue with time, but I was scammed in the past, so it was just in the back of my mind.

I'm just after having an e-mail from Des today.

I'm given to understand that he works in the theatre (as in stage) industry, so long unforgiving hours for stretches at a time, with very little in the way of rest. I wouldn't want to do his job, that's for sure!
