Magorail car system

Hi have anyone used the Magorail car system? And if yes how did you find it. Was it ok on a steep climb?

Everard Junction has video on youtube lately using Magorail. Looks good- easy to setup. With regards using inclines, it would probably depend on weight of vehicles used. Even on flat it seems only cars look ok. He could only use cab of truck on his layout.

I've never seen a Magnorail in action, but, if the weight of the vehicle on a slope does become an issue, defeating the magnetic force, then it might be possible to increase that effect by fitting an extra  small, powerful magnet in the vehicle itself?

If more than one magnet was fitted, they would need to be spaced correctly.

Impressive system. I love the idea of a cyclist moving on part of a layout.

The MRSI's OConnell St has a couple of moving cyclists on the layout

Their little legs are doing 90 on the bikes

Must look for a vid of them
