The arrival & departure boards at Santa Apolónia station in Lisbon featured the logo when I visited in 2015:

It had been removed when I returned last summer, however.

REFER was formed in 1997 ten years after IR used the set of point logo. ,Although the logos are not identical the "R" obviously is the same. They may have copied the PWD colors too 😁

The caption on the pic (which I lifted off some website) said it was taken in 1993 - caption clearly wrong in that case.....
