  1. Do you reckon Tony Atkinson wanted to be noticed?
  2. Riverstown, Sligo folk park
  3. I've been living in the area for over 10 years and it's just been left deteriorate, it's a pity and definitely would be more appreciated elsewhere.

  5. Bad Ischl tiny railway station
  6. You are correct
  7. Doesn't mention the scale
  8. Scored again today
  9. I was posting a loco this morning, packed properly in a box and it was going to cost €9, the girl then told me that if I put it in the prepaid anpost jiffy bag it would cost €6, that's with the box included as it was under 1 kilo. The padded envelope is huge so it accommodated the box easily. Good value in my opinion.

  18. I'm planning my next layout and looking forward to starting it just as soon as I have my first one completed, it's going to be based on Limerick Junction as I grew up there and my dad was a signal man in the south cabin. I wonder would any of you master craftsmen would have a plan of the station or know someone who has? I don't want the current plan, I would prefer the 1980/90 one. Thanks in advance. Denis
  19. It's a tough job, that blue sky is very appealing though.

  21. Great stuff lad.
  22. See I have to disagree with you there, a bike battery costs less than a car battery, etc etc, I have both, technology is rapidly changing and DCC will too.
  23. Yes I really don't understand why sound chips are so expensive, a techy friend of mine who is in the radio business reckons that he can make a sound chip for about €30, research is ongoing.
  24. Oops sorry Fran, it took me ages to get the photos to work I completely forgot about prices, I will sort it as soon as I get home, Denis
