Thanks Aussie Phil, anything with alcohol is good for a start, I think the stuff can be got here and it's called White Spirit, removes paint etc. I'll check it out today,

Thanks Weshty for that, but no joy, seem's the orange is a bit thin on the ground, wrenneire also earlier suggested this as a possible solver, unless of course the decals in the vehicles section is for elsewhere, nudge, nudge, wink, wink,
