  1. When you have made an album - click where it says None next to Add to album and a drop-list of your existing albums will appear, select the one you want to add a picture to and that name will appear in the box - add away.
  2. Yeah, with Imgur, just use the BB code, second one up from the bottom, and paste that straight in the post.
  3. The crew access hatch looks a bit small, are they only employing leprechauns now?
  4. I went to Rugeley power station in the '80s and found myself 150 foot up on an expanded metal floor, with a clear view right down to the concrete that would have stopped my fall. It wasn't people looking up my skirt that bothered me at the time.
  5. These see-through bridges are all the rage these days. And superb drainage for those who aren't too keen on using them....
  6. Brompton Crossing? http://www.forgevalleyrailway.co.uk/brompton-crossing
  7. Witches' knickers, they call 'em here.
  8. The cements'll be here before they've finished..
  9. The Maplin magnifier lights are very good, and the price goes up and down all the time - keep an eye open and catch one at the bottom of the wave. And don't forget to put the cover on if there is even the slightest chance of the Sun reaching it.
  10. Birr is a nice town - the castle grounds are worth a look round.
  11. I now know a lot more than it says above, ta.
  12. I have become aware of this event - I know no more than what it says here.
  13. I believe that mine arrived today, according to report from the ancestral home.
  14. It may be the recirculation that is at the root of the problem. Where did the 'extracted' air emerge? And in what direction?
  15. I recently rescued an old-style cooker hood from a kitchen make-over, with the intention of constructing some sort of small spray-booth affair with it. I have opened up a similar one before, to fix it, and the motor was an induction affair, with no brushes to give cause for concern over igniting solvent vapours. I'm hoping that I find this one to be the same.
  16. Now that you have a 24 hour taxi service available, you should just take it easy...
  17. Invoice in the post...
  18. I use - http://imgur.com/ - works well once you're set up.
  19. Worth watching twice.
  20. There is also a video.
  21. Perhaps you need to strike Little Shop of Horrors from the list of Musicals I Would Like To See..?
  22. I first came across UV-hardening adhesives at the hands of a dentist. Very useful stuff, you have almost unlimited time to place things correctly - then you just shine the lamp on the join and all is done, virtually instantly.
  23. I did buy this for 10p at a boot sale years ago, largely because I liked the look of the handle and thought it might be useful for something else - but, it has turned out to be in regular use for all sorts of things. Just two pieces of shaped and polished steel, probably nails, I suspect, they are very handy for hoicking things out of holes, removing o-rings, clearing the washing machine filter and a host of other tasks.
  24. The cordless Dremels are handy, too.
