i was at poolbeg myself and herself - you could have joined us for coffe and a sanger...i was at hammond lane docks. bty -great pics as always:tumbsup:

it was a fantastic day - myself and 'she who must obeyed' went and got a spot at the quay side beside hammond lane scrap merchants. we were allowed on board a french cargo ship and had a great view from the deck. the aer corps did us proud with a fantastic fly past and the favourite of the day was the B17 ...the only thing missing was Arthur - but we found him on the way home!!

Pat it is! a powerful little machine that worked the coal gantry in glanmire rd in cork - pints all round! pats length was 13 feet 4 inches

Thanks for that mike-there was no label on the bottle I used, but I will try ammonia on an old loco and see. I will not use it again either but that leaves varnish...then we are in trouble if you need to remove that!
