Here is my version, a modified Hornby compound with tender drive:

beautiful...have her myself - a convert from a schools. the real thing is an eligant lady. the rpsi dont get enough praise for keeping steam alive.

A lovely model, I take it it was a Hornby Schools Class, was it a hard conversion?

heres my Merlin. she was a heart breaker at the time, but im thrilled with her and she is a great little runner. i have another schools class that i plan to do a similar V, no 208 'lagan' with her smoke deflectors.
