Hi all,

I'm thinning out my collection, and have the following available. All prices are ex post. Please PM me for details and to note, I'm UK based, so whilst I'm happy to post elsewhere, one to note in the postage costs....

00 works J15, 2018 release. test run only, transfers not applied. £330

GNRi Y5 van. My own 3d print. £55. Van now SOLD.

JM Design GSR / CIE 650 class (G2) kit. Etches/castings only, excludes wheels/motor etc £130.

Judith Edge Kit for a Harland and Woolf 0-6-0 DM, NCC No.22. Etches and resin parts only, excludes wheels/motor £48. Kit now SOLD

I now also have a 21mm gauge E class diesel for sale. This uses the Valve design body (With plasticard overlays), as well as a custom built Bullant chassis to the correct wheelbase - please note that regaining this isn't easy. £130.

PM me of these are of interest for further details.

Pretty reasonable, I think, I'm not looking to make a huge amount on these just what they're worth, and am hoping they'll find good homes.

Pardon my ignorance on these matters Richard. £330 (400euro?) for a loco just struck me as a bit high, so I apologise if I have spoken out of turn. Maybe the fact that it is 00 works? Probably should have kept my thoughts to myself.🥴

Given that OOWorks charge £315 plus P+P for the current run of J15s, I don't think the mark-up here is unreasonable at all. The 650 from JM Design doesn't seem bad value either.

Good luck to the seller, and whoever buys them.

No worries at all. As Flying Snail says, pretty much going rate for 00Works,  esp. one which you can finish to suit.

Just to reinforce:  Yes, all the prices are at the purchase prices, so they're being sold at cost.  The OO Works locomotive made in 2018 is no longer available; a modernized version with a Belpaire boiler is GBP 315 plus P & P.  The JM Railway Designs kit is one of only maybe six or ten made and the price equates with the New Zealand dollar amount at the time the kits were sold.

Richard has designed some wonderful 3-D printed railway models of Irish, Polish, Chinese (the Polish PX48 loco), and other European locomotives and carriages.  I just bought several of his Irish narrow gauge carriage kits and bogies last week:  https://www.shapeways.com/shops/glr3dmodeldesign.

OK lads. I was totally wrong. Knuckles duly rapped🤐 . I wasn't getting at Richard in any way. I was merely trying to point out that it seemed like a lot of money to pay for a single loco. I never meant he was trying to rip anybody off. I am the first to admit I wouldn't have a clue about OO Works.
