Just to add a quick update, there's a limit of one unit of each variant per family.

My Dad (up in Dublin, not down here) wanted a few but Derek said no because I had ordered mine before my Dad ordered his.

I ordered my Dad's Atlanteans for him last time as he's getting on a bit, and finds PayPal and all that stuff stressful.

That was two of each Atlanteans on one order, but that's not possible this time, so he'll be going without.

My cousin up in Birmingham also tried ordering one but never heard back, so it's possible that I've ruined both of their chances.

I assume it's an attempt to stamp out the immediate re-sale for twice the price which happens with each launch, and is understandable.

Spoke with Derek yesterday to see if there were any updates in the KC model. He estimates April 2026 for completion. May be of interest to @JasonB, @Rob and @skinner75.

April 26 for preordering these? I've not preordered one from him as yet.

I can't access that Facebook group/page either, so no way of preordering if that is the only way to do so

Not sure on the pre-order deadline. I think that I pre-ordered about a year ago.

He expects them to be completed for April 2026. I don’t know whether that means produced or delivered.

I did so via email as I only log on to FB once or twice a year.

Derek is on here as @GSI345, but doesn’t log on too regularly.

Cheers, Dave. It's been that long since I put my deposit down, I've forgotten what two I ordered!

I got in touch with Derek by email & he let me know that the only one still available to preorder was the CIE Dart KC111 on route 101, which I duly placed an order for one!
