That guy has been selling caravans out of that house for years, so not a halting site as such. Being in Neilstown would be my worry and they're very close to the tracks and have been derelict for a few years now.

 

Mind you only down the road so could still send the washing home to the ma!

Could build a decent layout in one of them. Mind you I notice that the aerial shot is of two tracks. There's four tracks there now and the two additions are literally right next to the houses. I think I'd be looking for my DCC remote to turn off the sound after a while!
