mk3 gen vans

Hi everyone

 

I am looking for two mk3 gen vans. John from Silverfox offers those RTR but not in the lighter IE orange. As I have two rakes of mk3s in those livery I wish to have gen vans in the matching colour. Unfortunately my modelling skills are low. Does anyone know a person who would assemble and paint two kits for me for a reasonable price?

Can do a lot better, SSM being a good starting point

I asked John and he said he would do only the darker orange but I could get kits from him. I have no experience with overlays and no idea of prices (kits or overlays).

So any offer is welcome. Well - and I am baesd in Germany. It is about 20 years ago I used to live near Kilkenny for a while.

John has done custom finishes for me recently at no extra cost.

One of the lads down the MRSI did this up out of the SSM kit. Knocks the spots off Silverfox for me. I believe he takes commissions.

Fran, that looks really nice. Is it prototypically correct or any compromises? I need or will need at least a couple of these one in each livery. Could you provide some contact details or PM me? I presume it is an overlay and requires a donor? Thanks, Kevin
