Driver seems to be a Balkan war veteran suffering from PTSD, I don't think the muppets who abandoned a transit van on a level crossing outside Kilkenny about 10 years ago were ever brought to justice.

 

Going back to GPS at work we had an electronic route planner that would direct you to turn off a flyover onto a railway line or road below if there was no slip road or junction.
