That's a lot of deferrals to 2017. I wonder if the relative strength of the dollar is putting this off?

Hornby send out an order catalogue during the year

If there are not enough orders for certain models they deferr them

I feel though that this is more serious than a lack of orders

To be fair to them, I think your correct.

It's affected me even though I tried to mitigate for it, so Lord knows what it's done to their cash flow projections.

The underlying problem may be market saturation in the British RTR market as opposed to exchange rates. Hornby still seems to be geared to high volume production while Heljan and "the comissioners' appear to have carved out a niche market for high value low volume run models.
