If there are seats - better to contact th RPSI to be sure. This is the first year in 20 that I haven't done the seating plan myself so I can't be sure, but based on last 2 years, it was completely booked out.

Unfortunately Merlin failed this morning so 4 is working the whole tour throughout. She put on a fine display working up the grade through Clondalkin this morning
