Sorry to hear that you got an imperfect Journal.

 

If you're at Blackrock next weekend, I'm sure you can swap it on the IRRS stand. I'll tip them off that you had a problem.

 

Mine was OK - just been consuming it on a run out of Paddington, much checked by electrification work.

It appears to have been an issue as to where in the printing process your particular journal was. Mine is fine also.

I would suggest contacting the Editor (email just inside the cover) for anyone with issues

Thanks for all your help and have arranged to get a new copy of the Journal. Apparently there were a few more misprinted copies of the latest issue sent out.
