    Anpost don't have your parcel yet, it's still with revenue until they release it to anpost, that's the hold up every time, I discovered that through a lot of research.

    This is the reason I signed up for the parcel motel, my daughter tried to send me my birthday present three times and each time the same issue as @amdaley, generic replies from anpost blaming royal mail etc, my birthday was early May and she is getting it returned today so she will post it to Belcoo later this week, it's frustrating.

    Kind of related, I just collected my first parcel from the UK delivered to Border Parcel Motel in Belcoo (over the bridge from Blacklion), €3, avoids customs, revenue, Vat and any other legal robbery the government decrees, it's a simple system, you register for free and get your parcel addressed with your name and their address and that's it, it's 40k from me and they also have a delivery option to you and the UK.

    I am calm, I'm breathing properly and I am grand, you don't really help things though. Hi Fran, that's not a great way to greet a customer, it's not my fault you're short staffed, if you want to get goods out on time then make sure you have the adequate amount of staff, enjoy your weekend too.
