Some automotive paint suppliers can find the ral number from a little chip of the original colour, might be an option. -

Well lad, fair dues for what you have done so far, my tuppence worth now, the level crossing is not going to work with three main lines, I think you have too much track especially with the sidings, enjoy it all and have a ball.

I like that Junction photo, it's a perfect scene, 4 locos, probably tons of shunting going on, the old roofless engine shed in the background, neglected signals, ideal weathering reference picture for the ivory cement bubbles too.
