    IRM Is Changing

I withdraw the remark and apologise as it was made in frustration in the spur of the moment. If a mod wants to edit it out please do so, or leave it, whichever is preferred. Its pretty frustrating though to have been told to have to move to a non-EU based entity for future orders, for none of the IRM points or milestones to transfer over, for the pricing to dramatically change and now a week later still not have any reply to my email to support...

    IRM Is Changing

Just checked my order based on the above. Original order Inc freight was €859.36, now showing on accurascale as €1,039.36, a 21% increase! Fuck me, that's shady as hell. Bulk discount has disappeared and unit price has gone from 56.90 to 62.46 per unit
  3. Got mine in NZ 2 days ago now. All of the esso, H and grain vans together
  4. As long as I don't have to deal with Brexitistan for anything I'll remain happy.
  5. where are you moving to, the UK? Why have i suddenly being signed up to the accurascale rewards program? Whats going to happen to the IRM rewards program and balance?
  6. when can we expect a model of that diesel mechanical loco then?
  7. where on earth are you getting them shipped to? I'm in NZ and never had a shipping cost over 1/3 of that from IRM... It doesn't usually even get calculated until ready to ship.
  8. A bit off topic but where does that display come from please? Its really smart with the full lenght.
  9. Seems a bit of an odd choice versus the original DART for example. (I know there is a bespoke manufacturer of these though) Hope it goes well for him but not one for me this time. Edit: could really do with updating the website about it and a launch like IRM do... difficult to actually find out anything about it if you weren't at the show.
  10. Beauty. The only model I've ever scratch built fully (and badly tbh), I'm really looking forward to a nice version that will work properly instead!!
  11. hmmm.... you all have yours already. I paid for mine 10 days ago now and still not processed... paid within a few hours of invoice being emailed to me
  12. My order just appeared in my inbox this evening (NZ time) so friday morning EU time. B&T brakes included. Slight price rise but less than initially feared when first reading the email.
  13. My 4 packs arrived today in a hilariously HUGE box. I'm almost disappointed there weren't mistakenly 12 packs in there, plenty of space for them
  14. Some facebook comments saying its not quite original livery, whats the difference? I am going to presume its just the door being yellow rather than black at the front? Good on IE for doing more retro liveries, this looks fantastic.
  15. seems to be a firefox thing, worked for me on edge, would never load the pre-order button on firefox
  16. Arrived today to NZ, another top notch set(s) of coaches, lovely 3 pack box too. Super quick postage!
  17. Blatantly obvious in hindsight, thanks
  18. I can't seem to get my 2x locos to convert to a single preorder, following the link from emails will only load 1 to cart and bump the other off. How can I get both into the one transaction?

    Murphy Models Mk2d

I always find it a bit interesting how much the two different liveries make the coaches look slightly different shapes, the orange feel more rounded at the roof ends than the Galways at first glance. looking forward to finally being able to have a full rake of Galways after many years with just the EGV

5601 is the only re-release in all of these, isn't it?

    Murphy Models Mk2d

Is it correct that 5232 and 5411 are due a year later than all the rest or an error? Want to be sure before ordering as these two make it go a bit weird
  23. oh looks very like some of the odd stuff you find over here in NZ. I wasn't aware of the central buffer being used in Ireland. They are a huge pain in the ass IMO, and absolute pigs to work on over here (I'm in NZ). I've pulled two apart already and a third has to be done tomorrow, so overly complicated and with age turn into sold masses of rust
  24. wtf is that? Is it from NZ?, narrow gauge, silly central buffer. Personally I'd like to see Merlin (& co) produced
  25. whats "eau-de-nil", is this the colour of the light green logo / number & lining?
