Kind of agree with you there Kirley, I was watching some coaches in the States and next thing I see a link to them on here, 2 bids were placed within an hour of the post, dont know if they were related but it got my goat up a tad! Because our members and guests are PC literate I would presume they are capable of finding their own bargains Nothing like a good trawl through the murky regions of eBay on a wet afternoon?

The set was produced by Bachmann US, sold as a HO set but in fact was OO Bachmann cloned the set from PMurphy as he did not own the rights to the parts, they were repainted Bachmann standard locos and coaches They also released a range of the CIE Green coaches, again marketed as HO , all had different running numbers to the Murphy/Bachmann ones The track was called E Z Track, still a bit of it about and again it was made by Bachmann Sets came with a 110 transformer, which was removed from some sets.
  10. The CIE (Ex LMS 57ft ) coaches were not released until late 01, just after the first launch of the Lima 201's.

  13. The next 2 N Class's were issued in September 2000 with 640 of each being produced. 32-150W the Matt Black version 32-150X the Cherry Black version.
  14. A bit of info on one of the Lima Catalogues It is the 1980 - 81 catalogue and it shows 2 Lima sets that were never produced Sorry about the quality of the pics, I think its all the rain? 105020 & 105821 Also listed are all the ready to run items available in OO at this time. OO/HO O/N

The next issue from the Murphy stable was the Green "Woolwich" N Class BAC 32150Y K1 Class It came unnumbered but with 3 different running numbers supplied, 372, 385 & 390 It was Paddys first venture with Bachmann and was issued in November of 1999, with 512 being produced. Note the prices on the box's £89.99 punts in 1999 €109 in Feb 2000 just after we entered the Euro. And the cert, which only came with the Green (32-150y) loco.

  18. No idea Pat, just lying in the end of a box of stuff, I dont imagine a curved piece of track aiding railing of stock, which would be easier to rail on a straight? Anyway there they are..........
