Bog Road Level Crossing was the last LC before Youghal,on the Cobh Junction-Youghal line. This layout will be on show at the Wexford Model Railway clubs Easter show this Weekend. The layout is based on the photo in the background, taken in summer of 1978,just before the regular goods trains ceased.I plan to run sound chipped A and C class as well as a 141.Thanks to Richard Wall for the photo.

Shockingly Good.

Super news.I may buy another money tree for the back garden. I bet the 121 is a lot more akward to get correct with the difference in lights ,Windows etc.

I don't know about books, but a double DVD I think called, "To good to be forgotten,West Cork Railway".Superb footage of the area you mention.I will look it up. -

Be very very carefully with the marker lights.I broke two of the clear tubes that fit into the holes behind the marker lights, and they are very fragile. The black tape around the lighting pcb has to block out any light bleed. When changing the cabs, you can undo the roof mounted pcb for the cab lighting and fit into new cab.

I did indeed,Noel.I got 161sa body as well to change over onto 156.

I never win anything in draws. Delighted to win Thomas,as I have a wee chap that loves him. -
Well we have come a long way from the repainted Lima class 33 in the 1970s,of which I had one.Thank you so much to the four IRM guys for this model and the high quality releases done and in the process. My head is in a spin on what to order and how many.I think two IR and two super train will get me started.

What can one say,only super.
