Not one we’ve seen reported tho we have seen voltage spikes with some controllers cause partial resets. a Chip reset or stay alive switch on again will always resolve.
We’re working with ESU to add more over voltage protection on the pcb for future runs.
Any responsible manufacturer will have spares and parts for a reasonable amount of time. More so if the models remain in production but a ‘one man band’ like Murphy Models the process can be a little looser. we don’t have parts particularly for any MM items we sell (but do of course for any IRM items)
Lol, luckily we are spread over a number of time zones, include several insomniacs, at least one new parent and the rest of us are just a bit mad, so it's all good
We’ve upgraded to a new system and it’s not 100% sorted yet. you can visit accurascale.com in the mean time and it will reach us too. I’m hoping to have it completed on IRM after tomorrows accura launch.
Ultimately it was taking so long to pack up EU orders, load pallets, export to Dublin from the UK, irish customs seems to ‘dislike’ uk exports in that direction and we ended up shipping EU orders weeks and weeks after the UK customers got theirs.
We’re working on it. As well as multiple choice on the carrier used. For now we’ve set all purchases over £100 to the EU postage free to compensate for any admin charge on the vat collection
We won’t be offering IRM product on accurascale for new items going further.
there is no bag.
hattons are making a speculative leap presumably to secure some preorder interest. if murphy models actually confirm something concrete you guys will be the first to know right here and the usual channels.
