Haha! And I did indeed take some photos to illustrate different types of weathering and damage on the boxes. They get some rough treatment!

Those 20ft Bulk containers carry either lime or limestone for use in the steel industry. I can't recall the source for that, but I think it may have been from an article about Sun line in a shipping magazine a few years ago now.

Since photographing them I was able to get a copy of the cargo manifest (we had some on board) and I’ll check it later. 
9’6” high 20” containers are scarce.

HC 20fts are indeed rare, although they seem to be common down @DJ Dangerous neck of the woods on the Iberian trade, and I saw my first Boluda 20ft HC on the M50 last weekend. Boluda only started serving Ireland(via a vessel share with Samskip) about 2 years ago now. 20ft bulkers aren't unknown though, with the BLS chemical logistics(and unit branded unit20) ones a common site on IWT liners from about 2012 onwards. Those are 9ft high though, rather than 9ft 6.

I'm not sure I should share the details of the individual containers, there's probably some commercial confidentiality there. But I can summarise:

1. I don't have details for the containers which only went from Hull to Amsterdam.

2. Hull - Vasteras:

Loads in the 45HCPW and 40HCPW included: 

• Waste
• Whisky
• Beer
• Wines

And in the 20' HC bulks:

• Dolomite

Also there were steel billets and bars not in containers, loaded the traditional way.

3. Amsterdam - Vasteras:

Loads in the 45HCPW and 40HCPW included: 

• Wines / Sparkling Wines (800 tonnes of wine in total)
• Gin
• Soy Sauce
• Food Preparations
• Motor Oils
• Wiping Rags
• Blasting Grit
• Cat Litter
• Pet Food

And in the 20' HC bulks:

• Ferro Silicon

4. Vasteras - Hull:

Loads in the 45HCPW and 40HCPW included: 

• Cider (2000 tonnes of Rekordelig!)
• Bale Pulp
• Ammonium
• Sylvalite
• Nonwoven

And in the 20' HC bulks:

• mostly empty
• some labelled 'keep dry' and heavy, but not sure what was in them.

Also there were bundles of sawn timber, and steel coils, not in containers, loaded the traditional way.
