Yes - the place is full of yella machines! I think there’s a loco up in the quarry siding but too far away to see properly. Orange 071 has been living there most of the last 2 weeks.

IrishTrainScenes Posted February 28 Author Posted February 28 Just had a phone call from a cronie that the 1750 has went out as a 29000!
Mol_PMB Posted February 28 Posted February 28 If they’re that desperate, there’s an S class inbound ready for the next one!

Just eating up the miles at 70-75 mph. Apart from the clouds racing past the window you wouldn’t know there’s a 113 year old kettle up front. 1

IrishTrainScenes Posted March 21 Author Posted March 21 EM50 worked Dundalk-Bangor-Adelaide yesterday and failed today in depot
IrishTrainScenes Posted March 25 Author Posted March 25 206 hauled 227 to Dundalk today @airfixfan Due to a vehicle striking a bridge between Newry and Dundalk all lines are closed. Impact: Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed. Disruption is expected until further notice.
airfixfan Posted March 25 Posted March 25 All these lorry drivers who cannot see large bridges across the road ahead! It is safer by rail indeed
IrishTrainScenes Posted April 4 Author Posted April 4 29127 is on the 1350 Dublin-Central & 1700 Central-Dublin
IrishTrainScenes Posted April 9 Author Posted April 9 Yesterday 1650 failed at Clongriffin and was towed back to Dublin and pax transferred to the 1850 DD set. 8208 (1400) was taken off in Dublin and replaced with 8209 but appears it wasn't the fault. The 1650 ex Dublin ran with the 1600 set (9004/233) departing at 1845 (115 mins late) arriving Belfast at 2056. The 1850 (8209/9001) departed at 1915 (25 mins late) arriving Belfast at 2127. Dublin to Belfast train cancelled: Disruption and delay info | Belfast Telegraph https://share.google/ti3JSE2fW27IMaT4i It also made Belfast Telegraph! Regarding 'additional service' it is unclear if this ran. @jhb171achillThere had been talk of putting 1650 Pax on the 1640 Dun Laoghaire Dundalk train (29000)!! 2 2
